Our story
MyBookTech was born from a pattern we saw again and again among entrepreneurs in the United States: small service businesses (construction, cleaning, landscaping, and many others) grow through hard work, yet struggle with a lack of organization, specialized support, and clarity about their own numbers.
The company was created to solve exactly that: practical organization, a clear view of the finances, and real administrative support, in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, delivered with a personal touch from Malden, in the greater Boston, Massachusetts area.
Over time, one thing became clear: organizing alone is not enough. The right technology multiplies the results. That is why MyBookTech brings both fronts together: bookkeeping and administrative care on one side; websites, management systems, and data dashboards on the other. Numbers in order, and tools that make the operation more productive.
The person behind it
Suelen de Lima
Suelen de Lima holds a degree in business administration and built her career in sales and administration in Brazil, where she led an Electronic Document Management company, an experience that became a method: organizing processes, documents, and routines so nothing falls through the cracks.
In the United States, she worked in real estate financing, walking alongside small immigrant business owners, and co-founded an administrative and marketing consultancy for Brazilians in Massachusetts before bringing MyBookTech to life, a more focused, objective, and accessible service.
Married to a construction entrepreneur, she experiences the challenges of the service industry from the inside: the deadlines, the job sites, the daily rush. That lived experience is what makes the service direct, welcoming, and jargon-free. When you talk to MyBookTech, you talk to someone who understands how your business actually runs.
